How to get started
Sound like we’ll be a good fit? Great! We’ve built our professional success on the ability and attitude of our nurses. To ensure you’ll be a good match for Help Nursing Agency, we’ll need a few things from you before you apply, including:
A police check
Previous experience working in Australia
Minimum of Level 3 Certificate in aged care
Willingness to travel a reasonable distance
Up to date immunisations are desirable
Up to date flu vaccination mandatory
To make sure we’ll be a good fit, we’ll invite you along to an interview at our head office in Rockdale, located in southwest Sydney. Interviews are by appointment only and are held weekdays at 10.30am and 2pm.
After your interview, we’ll carry out all the necessary statutory and professional checks to ensure you’re fully qualified for the job. We’ll talk to your references, verify your qualifications and check you’re suited to the culture of agency nursing.
Joining the team:
If everything checks out and we think you’ll be a good fit, you’ll be eligible to join our nursing team. Congratulations! You’re going to love all the exciting job placements we have lined up for you.
After joining the team, you’ll need to keep us in the loop regarding your schedule. Every Wednesday, give us a call at head office to let us know your availability for the upcoming week, and we’ll advise you on work placements.
